The weekend was real hard, mom went to the hospital with pneumonia, uti, small heart attack and a major hit to her mental health. I left sunday at 2:30am to go to Portland to spend Monday with her, then I left Portland Monday night and got home about 2:30am Tuesday. I had 1/2 a Don Chilitos Breakfast burrito at about 6:30am Monday, and later had an Annies Cheeseburger basket for lunch. I left Portland at 9:00pm and stopped at Popeye's for a 2 piece combo with mashed potatoes and gravy and a soda, oh and most of an apple pie and a bag of Peanut butter M&M's. Yesterday I did a little bit better but not great, didn't have a shake.
TODAY IS A NEW DAY!!!
Weighed in at 294, only up 3 lbs, I honestly thought I did way worse. Today there is breakfast casseroles, cakes and lots of off limit yummy's in the breakroom. So far I have stayed away, not going to stress, but so far staying away. I am glad to have a place to vent, lol
294.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
