Good Morning Dear Diary. Man, Oh, Man. This weather has really got me down in the dumps!! I can't seem to shake eating the wrong kind of foods. It's like I know better BUT I'm out of control, I know I need to stop this madness with what and how much I'm eating. I sure wish the Weather would start getting better!! All the RAIN and GLOOMY Weather isn't good for my trying to lose this excess weight. Come on Marlene, you've got to get a grip on this. Well, time to get my day started.
