I think I should write down what I am eating. I really feel like I am doing good, but I have been feeling hungry. Plus, I cannot get chocalate out of my head!


Breakfast: a hard boiled egg, celery, water & black coffee
Snack: celery sticks
Lunch: fake bacon/veggie burger (no bun), cucumber slices, 8oz skim milk

I hear ya! I firmly believe chocolate is man's greatest invention - along with ice cream! Just try and be strong. Seems like you're on your way! Good luck!
