I haven't had a single piece of bread since Sunday. WOW! I love bread & I thought for sure this would be so hard. But, it really hasn't & that is so wonderful & gives me great hope that I will be able to stick to this diet, no problem. I haven't officially started Phase 1 yet. I have drastically reduced my sugar intake, but am noticing that it seems like EVERYTHING has sugar in it! I thought my trip to the market was a sucess, but I am still finding sugar in my home. I have increased my meals to 3 a day & am including 3 snacks too.
