My 4.35 net carb perfect MIM sausage & cheese muffins:


Ingredients:
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp Rosemary
1/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp softened unsalted butter
3 Tbsp ground flax meal
1 egg
1 packet Splenda

Combine all into a microwavable coffee mug for about 1 minute until done.
Remove and set on a plate.
Microwave or pan fry 2 sausage patties.
Split 1 ounce of cheese into two.
Cut muffin when cooled into 4 equal pieces. Place divided cheese on each with a cooked sausage patty, and microwave just until the cheese melts. (I set it to 1 minute on 30% power, depending on your microwave.)

This has been my best attempt yet!

They were. Most savory MIMs I've made had a funky taste to them, I suspect from the flax. This was perfectly seasoned to mask the flax taste.
