FBG - 5.5

Yeah, I'm loving watching that curve come down on the weight chart, though every day before I step on the scale, I'm a bit scared thinking it's going to have not moved or worse, gone up.

I'm doing really well but next week I'm away on holiday and I really don't want to blow it all.

My plan is to stick to the diet as much as I can but allow myself two days where I eat out and allow myself a bit more calories and maybe one or two glasses of wine but still stick to the principles - low carb, no sugar.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
