Today Steve challenged me to commit to recording all my exercise and food using this site. I am hoping this works since everything else seems to fall through. I pay for a gym membership, but it seems pointless if I am not using it. I have been to the gym, today being my 3rd day this month. I am bringing Katie with me because I am competitive and its more of a challenge to bring her along. This is also a great way to teach her healthier habits my mom never taught me. Today is the beginning of a new Holly!
