Zumba is so much fun, I love it. My body is so sore today. After my very upbeat hour long Zumba class I walked on the tread mill for 20 minutes at 3.8 mph. I did a few arm machines as well. I feel like I'm looking better. I'm actually wearing a horizontal stripped shirt today (A complete no-no on my old body) and it looks cute! Was so happy to see the scales drop another pound when I weighed this morning. What a wonderful way to start off my Friday. I'm at work and its going to suck today. only 3/5 people are here today SO I'm gonna be swampped with work, BLEH! Can't wait for 5 o'clock. It's payday friday, and when I get off work I'm going to go buy me a pair of TIGHT jeans (size 14 I believe) that make my butt look nice! Then GYMMMMMM! Gonna hit the arm elliptical hard today! I'm PUMPED!
