You can do it by adding either nuts or berries (or just 5 more veggie carbs). Do it SLOWLY. Add 5 NET carbs from nuts about 2-3 days a week for the first week. If you continue loosing, go ahead and add them more days.
I would suggest that you weigh once a week, just so that you understand how your foods are affecting your weight. Also, don't forget to measure!!
