My computer was out for the last three days due to bad weather. I finally got back on line and I never realized before how much I missed it, especially when it came time to pay bills.
Just because I couldn't record my meals doesn't mean I was off my plan. I hung in there and fell good about it. I bowled last night and did really well, I was over my average every game and went home satisfied with the results. We bowled the first place team and tied, 2 games a piece. They were good but we gave them a run for their money. It was fun.
I have restocked with low carb friendly foods so I don't feel so deprived. This morning I had a mini taco pizza for breakfast made with a Mama Lupe's low carb tortilla. I had to use diced chicken breast in lieu of taco meat, but it was tasty and satisfied my hunger for something with a lot of flavor.
