RETURNING TO OLD HABITS..goooooood wednesday morning..set alarm on phone last night for 330am..decided sleepin in until i wake up just wasnt what i wanted..last year i was getting up at 33am..an changed into riding gear an out the door at 4am to do my morning bike ride..now i have a rider..an fighting with myself to find a good time to workout each day..didnt ride yesterday..just wasnt in the mood..did get out in the yard an do some stuff i been putting off..but hated not getting my riding time in...so...as i said i set my alarm to wake me up and i was awake before it went off..up an on the bike/trainer at 430sm..an done with a 20 mile ride in 91 minutes..rode the volcano route this morning..glad i have zwift..its pouring outside this morning..an if i didnt have zwift..id probably be sitting in recliner gaining weight..cause wouldnt be able to get my workouts that i enjoy..

geez...here iit is 645am..just got done with my coffee latte an i already did a 20 mile ride...what a way to start my day...FEEEELLLLLLLLLLS GREATTTTTTTTT...to be back into an old habit that works for me...

got the whole day to find something else to do to keep me busy..run errands yesterday..was just so nice day ...today..rain all day..even tonight..but least the temps are in the 50s..


WELL...HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT DAY...
