Well, for my height I'm 10 lbs over weight. For some, I know that may not be much, but for me it's hell b/c I know that I'm just being a lazy bum. 30 minutes a day of working out would help me dramatically, but what do I do...continue to look @ this fat stomach and fat face cheeks as if they're not there.
