I am beginning to get pretty frustrated with this Atkins Diet thing. My husband has lost almost 10 pounds and I am looking at around 3 or so. I am following it by the book and it is driving me crazy!!

I think the important thing to remember is that people are different, so comparing yourself to your husband doesn't really make much sense - if it was your twin sister who had the same history as you, then yes, you might have reason to wonder what's different in your diet.
Not only that, but people with significantly a lot more weight to lose tend to lose it faster earlier on in induction; there is also a question of how much of it is water weight. Judge by how your jeans fit in 6 months, not what the scale is reading a week after.

Unfortunately, men tend to loose MUCH easier. There is a man on the Atkins board that started the same day as me, and he has lost 35#s more than me..and I'm doing great.
Try not to compare your losses to anyone else (hard, I know).
