I would think that you should be able to make soup out of whatever lean meat and veggies you want. Make sure that you use no-salt or low sodium broth (or make your own without salt). Throw in some good FF seasoning and you should have a great meal. Just remember no rice or pasta and you should be good. I think that a chicken vegetable or beef vegetable should really hit the spot on a cold day! If you're on phase 2 you could even have a slice of spelt bread with it...yum!
