My allergies have kicked in and I can tell it is suppressing my appetite a bit, so I'm taking advantage of that. Appetite is all relative, I can lose weight eating 2200kCal a day, most people would absolutely love to eat that much on a diet, but for a big guy like me it is truly hard to eat that little while exercising.

Tracking everything I eat with the android app has been truly helpful, it really gives you excellent feedback. I'd certainly recommend to anyone to put in the time to get everything entered daily.
269.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
