I've been poorly over the last few days. I'm not sure whether I've got a UTI or it's just a flare up of the fibro/chronic fatigue syndrome. Yesterday I ate about 150 grams cheese and 3 eggs - and put on 200 grams. My blood sugar is through the roof (for me) too.

I'm going back to bed now. Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow.

One bit of good news - I support our local Air Ambulance. I hadn't realised that it was a lottery type thingy - I've won this week's jackpot £7019. We're off to collect the cheque (probably) tomorrow.

Right there with you, Sister. Had the flu all week. Didn't realize you live in Europe. I would soooooo love to go to Europe. I just need to win the lottery so I can spend my life traveling Europe. That's my dream. :-)
