This week I pushed hard with the personal trainer despite having several challenging days. My food journaling was inconsistent and I'm sure that made a difference in my lack of success in weight loss, however the increase in muscle mass that I am noticing (both in the shape of my body and in how my previously tight clothes are currently fitting me) helps keep me from getting too disappointed about the weight gain.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
