Nice loss today.

My routine is shaping back up! And that's a great thing. I can handle the stairs much better now, so thinking of moving Omron upstairs so I can weigh in the way I use to, "In the nude". lol Those few ounces of clothes are hindering me, and this damn boot! I cant wait to weight in without it!

Tomorrow I get to wash the incision and more importantly my foot, which has been wrapped up since Dec 31! Luckily it is not smelling too foul, I have learned some tricks with baby wipes to clean my toes and upper calf when I remove my boot for air every few days.

Yesterday went nicely at work, albeit slowly. Still kind of getting back into the groove at work, so I am being a lazy spectator. I did setup a few things to do today to make the time pass faster.

College classes started up for me again last night, that does throw quite a wrench into my dieting routine. I have classes from 5-9 Mon and Weds. They do not like you eating in class, and besides the only food nearby is the farthest from healthy we have around here. So, I was having a protein shake and fruit or something last semester. Yesterday I had pretzels and a banana. A semi-significant snack, and not horribly unhealthy (At least it wasn't a Honey Bun!). Back to basics, and that is planning, grab a sandwich or something ahead of time. Oh, who thinks ahead of time anyway? lol

Anyway, today I am grateful for my friends on the high seas, they keep me employed, and come visit occasionally for beers!
I am grateful for my wife and family, who have a school meeting today. I wonder if Zach has some hot teachers? ^^ I am grateful for Kitty who seems to like to snuggle with my cast/boot thing as if its not part of me, lol. Plus it is pretty cold here,she must know the man with the most mass offers the best heat, lol.

Anyway, you all have a good day. Like the good ol' Jack Horkheimer used to say "Keep looking up!"

"I got it bad, got it bad, got it bad... I'm hot for teacher!" LOL. It's good to hear you getting more and more back in the groove, JP. You're doing well. Definitely move Omron upstairs, get that clothes weight off. That and the boot and you're gonna have a ROCKIN' weigh-in real soon.
