Had a rough weekend. Spent part of the weekend at a school function where I had no good food choices (My Fault as I could have packed healthy choices) & the other half of the weekend sick. I rationalized eating wrong because I had already been off my diet on Saturday & I felt terrible.

Today is a new day. I am back to the basics. Eating right and exercising.

I do know that Wednesday I will be having a small piece of pie (I am baking my Key Lime Pie for a group of people at church. I need them to critic my pie as I will be entering it in a cooking contest in a couple of months and I need to know if I have finally perfected the recipe.) I will only eat a sliver and I will be exercising everyday this week, so it should be okay. I've had the pie so many times that I don't really want a large piece, just enough to check on how the recipe turned out. I hope to win the $10,000 grand prize.
