Well after a 3 day weekend I have neither gained nor lost weight. Time to drop some more weight!

Today I will be using the Wii for some exercise & doing some serious housework! Time to mop the floors & reorganize the closet.

Breakfast- Tea & grapefruit
Lunch- Healthy choice frozen meal (Turkey meatloaf)
Supper- Chicken enchiladas & grilled veggies
