I made a cream of cauliflower soup with chicken, for lunch, yesterday. It was good then, but much better today, after the flavors had a chance to marry. This will require a do over, again, and again and again.:-) I may try my hand at making a creamy broccoli and cheese soup next. It looks like I'm on a soup kick, for a while. Yum!

Okay; I'll post it tomorrow. Just be aware, that the blender I used, to break down the cauliflower is one of those Living Well, super blenders, that Montel Williams promotes on tv. My dad bought one a couple years ago.

love that you're on a soup kick too. I've been making chicken salsa soup and the low carb cheddar broccoli soup on here and the kids about flooded :) almost made the chicken salsa again tonight but she would have balked so... until tomorrow haha!
