I went to the gym for the 3rd time yesterday and managed to stick it out for over an hour!! Even though I could be better with my eating, I am so proud of myself for actually getting to the gym. I literally haven't exercised for over 7 years!! From today though I feel motivated to be strict with my diet, and control what goes into my mouth. Hopefully next week I will see a better loss. Fingers crossed xxx
