Well I havent logged into this site since November 2007, and wow what a journey. I was unhappy with my weight then @ 199 lb but then went up to almost 224 lbs and now got down to 185 lbs by myself.
People are now started to comment on my weight loss, but for some strange reason is when I normally start eating crazy again!! I am gonna be 30 in 2 months and would so love to be at a much healthier, and smaller size.
Im a single woman now and it is really time to start loving myself once and for all. Try and get my pre pregnancy figure back and start enjoying my body and fashion again, like I used to.....
Back on the diet tomorrow and exercise from Monday to Friday. The first week I am going to follow the Slim Fast plan, walk Georgie, go on my crosstrainer and workout dvds including Zumba.
I have a total of approx 51 lbs am am aiming to loose 2-3 lbs per week. If I loose 2 lbs per week I can reach my target of 9.5 stone in 25 weeks. Which would mean I would be well on my way to the new ME buy the new year.

I went to the gym for the 3rd time yesterday and managed to stick it out for over an hour!! Even though I could be better with my eating, I am so proud of myself for actually getting to the gym. I literally haven't exercised for over 7 years!! From today though I feel motivated to be strict with my diet, and control what goes into my mouth. Hopefully next week I will see a better loss. Fingers crossed xxx

Well at least I lost some weight I suppose!! I am proud of myself because i joined the gym today and actually took that 1st step, torwards a healthier life. I almost didn't go because I was feeling really down, but came out of there feeling reeally proud of myself.
