Darn,
I knew I shouldn't have bought the bars. I was having problems last month with them causing cravings. I have been eating 1-2 since Friday, and been having horrible gas since then. I guess that sugar-alcohols have decided that they don't like me.
Oh well..I just need to plan better on snacks. Actually, I have snack foods around the house, have just been too lazy to fix them.
