18 days in and things are going pretty well so far, just hope i can maintain this kind of progress. When it all slows down i lose the will and go back to bad habits.

started at 254.6 and now down to 236.8

thats 17.8 pounds in 18 days

i had 69.6 pounds to lose (to my initial goal of 185, that may change as i get close lols)

17.8 out of 69.6 is just a shade over 25% of the way there.

I am feeling rather proud of myself this morning. =D
