I finally broke under 230. Took a scare from doctor and my A1C. I'm back on tracks with low carb low sugar plan. Doing tons of research on foods to eat so I don't feel deprived. Mostly eating lean protein (chicken and turkey ) lots of bell peppers for flavor, black beans and fruits. Using some atkins products as fillers when I'm pressed for time.
226.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
