Well, I had a gain today, the bad weather has kept me from walking like I was and it showed on the scale this morning, I am going to have to cut back on my portions until I can get back to walking.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
