Hi all'
I am doing well today as far as exercising goes. I have not done well in the eating department. I have not eaten today except for a half of a granny smith apple and two teaspoons of peanut butter. I exercised early today and it killed my appetite. I am going to try to eat a salad now and steam some veggies and chicken for dinner.

You are doing great with exercise, try very hard to get in the food so that your body doesn't feel like it is being starved! Keep your chin up and thanks a million for the support! You can do this!

I have the same problem, I have to remind myself to eat. Just put a little something in your mouth and chew, it doesn't have to be a whole meal.
