Water with meals is a must. Makes me feel like I ate a lot, which still means happy to my overweight self. Carbs on target, but fat is like 70% and protein is in the 20%. Hmm with Atkins not suppose to matter and I am keeping my calories in line. Day 2, check! Remember water, water, water!
