Also have started Mondays & Weds-aerobics; Tuesdays & Thurdays-pilate sdance/w equiptment,1 hour walk & Zumba. Sometimes if I feel guilty and have the energy I fit in my own step routine to the dance/club music on Pandora.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
