Bad day today......my eating was all over the place and I am tired...I was doing ok then disaster i had ceaser salad with croutons...as i ate the crouton i though take them out but my will power was gone for that moment...I am going in the gym for a hour tonight then i will feel like i have done something positive ...tomorrow get back on track and start all over again ....lesson learn't
