I am taking all processed foods out of my diet, and increasing my vegetable and fruit intake. Also drinking lemon water every morning. I feel great!

Yeah, I was looking at my sodium intake and noticed how much processed food adds to it. Trying to do it as well. The water lemon is a habit I'm also trying to incorporate. Great!
