Tomorrow is the day I start going to the meetings again! I'm so excited about it! I feel this is a great time to get back in it with holidays coming. By Christmas I should be feeling pretty good and looking alright too ;o)!! I have a friend that is going with me...we did the meetings together 2 years ago and were good support for each other. We're both pumped for it! Gotta go...I'll write more after the meeting tomorrow :)!!

Good luck Sibby! are you going with the Core or Flex program?

I'm going Flex all the way! I need more 'flexability' and I can't just shop on the outer 'core' of the grocery store..veggie/fruit/lean meat...and not go in the aisles :)
