Day 25 - I've been doing pretty well on my diet thus far; I think I've lost about 4 pounds, and I know I've gained quite a bit of muscle, which is always nice. My diet mantra has basically been the question, "Do I really need to eat this?" It's heally helped me cut back on unhealthy foods and overeating. I know I don't need to eat chocolate or salad dressing or pizza or starchy white bread, so I don't. I should kick up my exercise a few notches, though. I tend to stop working when I get even a little bit tired...
