eating horrible, overeating, not being avcountable. I'm in a funk and have been for over a year. 36 pants are snug, almost have to go bigger. this doesn't make me happy, but apparently not enough to do something. ugh. probably gonna step away for a bit from here and regroup. good luck everyone I'll prolly be back
