well - 20 days later and still no progress - i have been on a 4 week work trip! thought this was my chance to focus and instead i did the opposite due to stress and socializing. starting right now January 27th, I am embarking on a veg & protein, 1200 cal/day, 90 minutes exercise for the next 28 days supplemented by a 7 day cleanse. i really have to get back in order and i only have seven days before i go back to australia! want to at least be where i was at the last weight in 25 days ago!
