Traveling
I had intended to really get focused this week, during my business trip - but have found that jut the oppposite is happening - i am with colleagues who like to eat and drink - and I find it so so so tough to resist. OKAY, so I still have 2.5 weeks to go - tomorrow I vow to stay totally focused - 1 hour cardio, lean protein & veg ONLY!!!!!!!! that is what works for me

Need Buddy
I am 30 years old and have 10 lbs to lose - I find I need to be really really strict in order to lose - 1200-1400 cal, low carb, no fruit, no dairy. Need a buddy in the same zone to help stay on track - anyone?

back on
back on track today - low cal, low carb. feel really good eating 1000 calories. tomorrow my goal is 1200 calories, 30 min run, 20 min bike. getting ready for vietnam trip in a week and determined not to slip once.
