The weight is quite stable.. not the best, but ok! 133 lbs.
What bothers me the most is that I am still sick.. it's been a week today! I'm just tired of blowing my nose... and yea.. I hope it won't stay for longer than 2 more days!

Gym.. is history lol.. haven't gone for a few days.. 3 or 4 I think... I don't feel bad because I am sick but I am trying to control my food once again and I did cut on the sweets... so thumbs up!
Hopefully, tonight, if all goes well... the gym is on schedule!
I am missing the workout! That's good news too!

Maybe I should change my goal weight to 125 lbs.. maybe that would give me a bigger push... but, I am afraid that it will be too thin and that I will lose 5 lbs on my boobs (the rest of what is left lol) and I don't want to be flat lol!! From DD... to this - is painful enough.. no need to lose the rest.. lol. OK.. enough about boob talk.. I'm happy with the way I look now!

Breasts are not muscles, so of course those "fat" tissues are the first to leave when you lose weight. maybe you can pretend you still have a generous "décolleté" by increasing your chest's muscles?!? but don't lose more weight if you don't want to. you look fabulous and there is no need to go further, at least for now. and honestly, maintenance is something too... hope this dam cold will be gone soon!

Glen... it's not like they are totally gone lol.. but it sucks.. now all I can notice on other girls is that they have big boobs lol!! But I'm fine with it! It'S way easier to deal with things now!! Anne... that'S right it is fat.. so yea... I can wear a nice décolté and they still look big and nice lol :P

Honestly I think smaller boobs look better in nice clothes. And you'd rather have smaller boobs and have the rest of you be smaller, too, right?

YES that is right lol!!! I sacrificed the boobs to get all the rest of my body sexier, healthier and smaller!! No regrets! :)))

I don't think that there is any *chance* of you becoming "flat," not you . Remarkable job of keeping your weight steady, keep it the outstanding work. Why not hold back from the gym until you feel better, have some chicken soup for a couple of days (nothinhg else) and you will be as good as new and have lost weight to boot. No need to push so hard.

Lol.. thanks info! Soup... hmmm I have planned to eat chicken & veggies tonight... but soup... maybe tomorrow.. lol Thx for the tip :)

If you just saute a few pieces of chicken in a pot with some basic condiments and just make a broth, I can almost guarantee that it will cure you. It's an old Jewish remedy that really works well.

Thanks Info.. my bf prepared the dinner last night, but I have soup for lunch and will most likely have some chicken again tonight... I should be healthy soon!
