The Rate at which this is increasing may be spirulina is playing a major part as i am having it 30min before breakfast and 30 min before lunch.Had left cycling living sedentary life. Same Breakfast Roti and Vegetable and lunch Rice Dal and vegetable and same for dinner .Still why increase in weight .Is boiled rice playing a part .
