So I am off to a super slow start for January. I feel better and spent week 1 on vacation in Nashvegas. Week 2 I spent recovering from Nashvegas, noticeably suffering from sugar withdrawals and eating everything in sight. Week 3 - I am back at the gym, getting off the sugar, and trying like hell to speedily drop 4-5 pounds ASAP. Contemplating going back to 2 a day workouts to get past the hump.
