So when I finally got a scale and weighed myself, I was shocked, to say the least. I knew I had put on a few pounds, but I had no idea I was almost breaking the 200 mark! I've never weighed that much before, and it was so depressing. The funny thing is, I've only gone up one size in clothes. I guess because I'm tall, I carry it fairly well, but that doesn't mean I'm happy or comfortable with it at all. The number on the scale really made me realize that I need to stay focused on eating right and keeping track of what I eat. I am going to get this extra weight off come hell or high water!
