I'm off to buy a new digital scale today, since my other one decided to stop working (no, not because I stood on it and broke it). I wasn't able to weigh myself when I started dieting, so I really have no idea how much I actually weigh. I guessed 180, but for all I know, it's more than that. I just know I had to have lost weight this week, because according to my food and exercise logs, I expended a lot more calories than I took in. But I guess we'll find out for sure later when I finally face the music for real...
