Thought.... what l like about fatsecret is that we loose very slowly but we do not feel that we are dieting really . I least, l don't! . Hopefully, l will not put the weight back on!! 😂🤗

That was a good thought to have! If you lose slowly, and keep to your new wing habits, you won't put the weight back on. You have to say bye bye to the old ways, though 😞 But if you don't feel hungry, I think that's okay? 😀

I seem to be maintaining at the moment. Maybe if I remembered I was supposed to be dieting I might actually lose weight again - lol! Have a good weekend 🙂

Yes, it is better to lose slowly and steadily and retrain yourself as you go along. Weight usually goes on slowly and the body reacts and adapts to this. It needs time to rebalance itself from 'fat state' (sorry to use such an ugly phrase!) to 'healthy state'
