I'm doing the challenge to exercise for 30 minutes three times a week. I think this will help me with sticking to eating better, as well as losing weight. My biggest problem has been not exercising ("i don't have time"), and i've discovered that it doesn't matter how much i try to do better at what amount i eat, it takes eating right PLUS exercise! Exercise is the key, and i am hoping this challenge will get me back on my exercise "track", so to speak.

193.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
