IN LIKE A LION...good wednesday morning..storms went thru last night an then again this morningg between 12am to 4am...now they are gone..an its just gonna be a windy day...

did a 24 mile ride yesterday..took 94 minutes..went to upload it to strava to be able to get credit..an there website was down...was lucky enough to remember i had a pic of part of my ride..an just added the time an the mileage to it..so got credit for ride after all..

george forman is coming by after while..time to cook up the chicken ahead for a few days..had to add extra words in to journal as mom aka sandy...lol..didnt want people getting wrong idea about me an george an me giving him a shower in sink after he got done cooking...just makes for better reading on dull journals...lol..

well...almost 830am..time to get up an move ...got things to do...get ready for georges arrival..gotta cut the chicken into smaller pieces so they will fit on his grill..no not the grill in his mouth...lol...
