Ok I know, I am doing really bad, horrible infact. I have decided to go back to diet of fruit for lunch and NO MORE CARBS after lunch time.
222.7 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
