Loss is slowing as expected but it is time of the month too! Lost loads of inches though and dropped another 1% body fat so I'm really really happy! I'm in a comfortable size 10 now so all good! Just need to get these last few pounds off so gonna hit the gym hard this week!!!!
149.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
