Another nice loss!!! Body fat has gone to 27% Fromm 36% so very chuffed! I can see muscles 😃
150.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice drop and great body fat improvement. I got excited when I could see ribs again so I know how you feel (ok, it was lying down and stretching but there was definitely a hint of a rib!) 😂
