Finally my podiatrist was able to help me control my pain! I was given the green light to exercise again. I have been with so much stress that I have been eating everything I find. I have gained nine pounds in less than a month. If I keep this pace I will be obese by the end of march.
I will start today to log my food, water intake and exercise. I will also enter a couple on sentences logging my attempts to achieve wellness and mindfulness.
Today is the first day in months I was able to say I am happy. I think this change in outlook will help me achieve my goal of becoming a healthier me.
