Obviously I'm retaining water. That is why the weight fluctuates in such a way. Today will be my first attempt at the gym after a 3 week pause due to my arthritis pain. Looking forward to it!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
